Terms of Service

Welcome to our booking site. Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before scheduling your tattoo appointment. By booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Appointment Policy

  • All appointments are for one person only. We do not accommodate group bookings or guests during your session as our space is limited.
  • The last available time slot for larger tattoos is 3pm for all artists. Artists will not be starting large tattoos later in the day. If you are unsure if your tattoo qualifies as “large”, please reach out to your preferred artist prior to booking.
  • Artists reserve the right to adjust your appointment time if the incorrect option is selected at the time of booking. This would be mutually agreed upon between the client and artist.
  • You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed. Clients aged 16 or 17 may be tattooed with in-person parental consent and ID.
  • Please note that artists reserve the right to not tattoo anyone under the age of 18.

2. Deposit Policy

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable. No exceptions.
  • Deposits are required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.
  • The deposit cost is $100 plus tax + fees. This amount is the same whether you are getting something small or large.
  • For sleeve or ongoing large-scale work, the deposit will be applied to the final session of your tattoo.

3. Appointment Confirmation

  • Scheduling through this site does not guarantee your appointment is confirmed.
  • All appointments are pending until the artist has reviewed your request and confirmed the time. You will receive confirmation by email once your appointment is accepted.

4. Waiver Requirement

  • All clients must complete a waiver before the tattoo session. This will be provided electronically or in person prior to your appointment.
